Greets Guy's,

I just want to put a reminder out here about communication because issues have arisen where there has been small problems and people have left due to not saying anything, collectively from the past to now. This' an excerpt from one of the Academy guides:



"Suggestion and communication is key, if you have a suggestion you are allowed to voice your opinion through the chain of command."



A lot of us play telepaths on the sim, but in real life are from from it and if you don't bring issues or concerns constructive to the exec or myself you cannot get upset when the issue you see isn't handled, and you really can't expect sympathy because your overly upset because you didn't bring the issue or concern up. So, please, keep this in mind before getting upset over problems that are easily handled if you bring them to our attention.
