Greets All,

After evaluating people on a few different things I've chosen a new XO, Commander Jonathon Kirk, 6850. Those I looked at I watched for activity, taking initiative - starting a log without waiting if there was supposed to be one coming - availability and participation among other things. The people I watched were fairly close, but this was the ultimate choice.
