Three hours since the away team returned from the Starbase, all wounds were healed and the away team was cleared of any contaminants. There were two deaths and both crewmen were examined by Dr. Williamson. He'd found traces of a viral contaminant in their blood, when they suddenly sat up on the slabs in the morgue, and approached the doctor. Security was called, which Major Carter answered with Pierce's approval, and he was able to get there in time to advise the bridge to beam the crewmen back to the station before any physical harm was done. Williamson then recalled the away team members to sickbay to test blood samples to see if they'd also been affected. Science examined the scales that were brought back from the Starbase and found that they matched those of a race known as Saurians, and had small black dots, which even the computer could not identify.

Engineering also analyzed technical data from the station, CEO Steck asked Cadet Freeman to compile a report on the energy flow systems there. They joked a bit about the away mission while working.

Commander De'luvia analyzed data from his tactical post on the bridge.

CPO Corbin fretted about the major's condition, as he'd been wounded, and then continued to work on Phantom 00. Pilot Taggart completed an assigned task, having the thing growing under the SCO's desk wiped clean of any DNA traces and wrapped with a pretty bow, but wouldn't deliver the package as per her orders.

Counsellor Larel and Ltjg Hart shared a drink and some chat in his quarters following their shared mindbridge experience. Hart thanked Dr. Larel for his assistance and allowing him to return to duty. They also celebrated Hart's promotion to Ltjg.
