| Personal History | Growing up with a family that is loaded with Starfleet members is not always so easy. But she did and works hard to prove herself in all that she does. Taking after her mother, she choice the medical field to study, not always so sure she wanted to hit the sky's like the rest of her family. She figured she would simply be a nurse like her mother. Though her professors urged her to continue her studies, seeing more in her then just a nurse. Telepathic Medicine is what had caught her attention the most and was something she seemed to exhale in. So that is what she worked to specialize in. Graduating with high rankings from med school, she was accepted to work in one of the top hospitals. Strangely to her, work became just that.. work... she needed more. And after a bad break up with a long term boyfriend, she took her family's advice and enlisted into Star Fleet. She now readies to start the next stage in her life. Making her way though the stages, she couldn't help but to be thrilled when she was accepted to join onto the Enterprise. She quickly threw herself into her work, finding the love she'd once had for it again. It was always changing, giving her a chance to constantly learn new things, see new sights and meet new people. Could life get any better? The answer to that one came without her realizing it. It seemed that things just clicked between her and the CMO, and not just on duty, but off. His name Eric and they started spending more and more time together. Finally, he surprised her, telling her he wished to speak to the Captain about their relationship, in hopes that it would be alright for it to advance farther. That, and his wish to have her become an officer on the ship... his AMO. Both, where granted, she was now an acting LtJG. Things change, sometimes faster then one can be ready for it. Between work, and classes that she had to take to become a full officer, she somehow missed something. Called into the Captains, she was promoted to a full Ltjg, even though she wasn't quiet though her classes. She was also promoted to acting CMO, to be changed when her classes where finished. More classes where added to help her prepare. So much for the simple life.... |
