| General Overview | Flynn is a mavrick, he has always played fast and loose, never breaking a decent rule, but he will push some of them to see how far he can take it. He is as cocky and smart mouthed as his twin is Reserved and polite. Flynn loves to gamble, both in and out of the cockpit. As an atlantean he also has some abilties inherint to his race. | |
| Strengths & Weaknesses | Flynn is as strong as a well muscled Vulcan, also more durable. His training allows him to shield his mind from other telepaths and communicate telepathically, although to a limited range, no more then a dozen feet. He is also electro-kenetic, meaning he can to a small degree manipulate energy if it already exists, he can also channel energy from its source and through his body expellign it, but that is very painfull. Normally he can also charge small items, phaser, tricorder ect, just by holding them for a while. He could charge and expell large amounts of energy but the strain would threaten his life. As an atlantean he is able to sense his spacial and temporal coordinates, so he can not get lost. He is also more resistant to temproal and demensional shifts, retaining memory of the shifts.He can also sense when others have recently jumped through demensions or time travel. . He also ages much slower then a human. His bio chemistry does differ somewhat from normal humans, the largest example of this being that his blood uses a gold based hemoglobin, (this causes the hair and eye gold colouration), not iron, because of this and several other differences, pheremones and poisons that would affect humans, will not affect him, he still can be poisoned and such, but something based totally on human phisiology, and pheromones like those of orion women, will not affect him. Also atlanteans do not have the nerve cluster affected by the Vulcan neck pinch. | |
| Ambitions | This is his last chance to prove he can do something. He is ashamed of how he hid with alchohal and is desprit not to do so although the temptation is always there. He also wants to prove that he is still worth a damn and also, he want the forgivness of the family who blames him for their fathers death. | |
| Hobbies & Interests | Flynn like gambling, cards, and has a collection of different musical instruments of which he can play them all. Also Flynn loves world war 1 airplanes, and has written several programs on the holodeck involving them as realistic as possible. | |

| Personal History | Flynn jouneyed to this demension with his brother Will, current CO of the USS Warrior. On arival he joined starfleet as well, and ended up being a member of section 31. After a while the work got to him.Half of the people he worked with were curropt emotionless killers, and the other half didn't care. After a while he started hitting the bottle hard, until it almost cost him his career. At this time he met Max Neuns. Nuens was a shuttle pilot who ran cargo back and forth between close systems. When things got bad Flynn would stay with Max and his family, the daughters calling him unlce fly. Section 31 decided that, after several arguments over morality, that Fly was a liability. The bomb killed Max, it detonated prematurly before Fly was on the shuttle. Flynn went and made those responsible pay dearly, the act of which did cost him his career. After that he climbed into a bottle and stayed there, until his brother found him, and sobered him up. His brother also pulled some strings with his old CO to get Flynn one last chance. | |
| Service Record | Clasified Section 31 Operations Suspended from active duty indefinatly after murder charges were laid against him. They were dropped due to lack of evidence (section 31 would take to much heat from a trail.) |
