Personal History		Kira was born and raised in the heart of Texas. Her father, White Hawk, a member of the Comanche Nation, did not live on the reservation but lived in the city working to help his people, he is a lawyer. Kira's mother died before she was a year old. Her grandmother Gentle Dove helped raise her. Kira inherited the sight from her father's side of the family. A friend of the family from Starfleet came for a visit one day and Kira was hooked. She walked to walk with the stars. When she was old enough she applied and was accepted into the Acdemy.
