View Award - Riva Award
Named after the ship that was lost in one of the first meetings with the Romulan Empire, it serves as a reminder to all of the importance for peaceful settlement of disputes. Given to the individual or *ship* that settles an armed conflict between two or more races. This award may have the Solar Flare Award attached with it if all races concerned are NOT members of the United Confederation. This award cannot be issued unless permission for the plot has been received by the appropriate Empire Directors if applicable. Email log material is also recommended for awarding, and the plot must be well thought out and backed up and last a minimum 3 weeks for IRC sims and 2 weeks for email sims.
