Note: A few notes on the chart above. The Cadet ranks have no equal as they have not technically entered service yet and therefore are set apart from the rest of the ranks. A Cadet in the chain of command falls under the ranking crewmember, even if that crewmember is enlisted, until they complete training. Another rank that has no equal is the Master Chief Petty Officerof Starfleet/Sergeant Major of the Starfleet Marine Corps. They have been placed on the Rear Admiral and Major General level respectively, this *DOES NOT* mean that they are equal to those ranks. MCPOSF and SgtMajSFMC are the top level that any enlisted person can reach on that track, however those post must be open in order to achieve those ranks.

Also, with the Warrant Officer and Enlisted ranks and rates their position on the chart does not mean that they are equal in to those officer ranks but it is to show if you get promoted to officer whAT *MOST LIKELY* your rank will be

Lastly, and probably most important, is that while I do feel this an accurate representation of how a person may advance the implementation is *ALWAYS* in the hands of the sim CO.
